Vision
Called to be a mother to many nations, Jenny is continually moving from country to country and church to church giving Apostolic input into the churches that she has planted over the past 13 years, in Switzerland, France, Canada, United Kingdom and Sri Lanka.
Apostolic Ministry
Her Apostolic ministry has been very much a traveling ministry that has involved concentrated short-term efforts to establish foundations and secure breakthroughs. In 2 Timothy 4:17, Paul says, “But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the message might be preached fully through me and that all the Gentiles might hear.” In brief, “Everyone must hear about Jesus”! This scripture has become engraved in Jenny’s heart, so she never looses an opportunity to Pioneer new ground for God.
Jenny’s ability to hear from God very clearly has opened doors for her to prophecy into people’s lives, into churches and into nations. She has been filling the churches with fresh vision and motivating them to keep moving forward and not to settle down, but to keep on pioneering.
Jenny places an emphasis on non-religious Christianity, leadership training and the delegation of responsibility. Through the past 13 years her work has moved forward through delegation, enabling Jenny to continue to church plant and pioneer in different countries.
Once a Pioneer Always a Pioneer
Jenny’s heart continues to beat stronger and stronger for her own native country, Sri Lanka. In 1998, under very difficult circumstances, she planted her first church in Jaffna. There are now churches and house meeting in the areas of Irupalai, Erlaalai, Mesaalai, Kokuvil, Kondavil and Navalai.
Jenny’s vision for those in need led to the following projects being started:
Ø 1999 the Paalam Children’s Home was opened in Jaffna, for poor and orphaned children. There are presently 23 children cared for in the home.
Ø 2001 seeing the need of the many widows in Jaffna, Jenny began a sponsorship program for women who have been widowed by the war. This program is supporting 12 widows each month.
Ø September 2001 the Paalam International School was opened at the newly completed Paalam building in Wattala, Colombo. The school is providing schooling to children who would not otherwise have an opportunity to study due to their home economic situation.
Ø April 2002 the Paalam New Design Sewing Center was opened in Pandatharippu, Jaffna. This project trains unskilled and unemployed girls in tailoring, cake baking and decorating, and the art of decorating hair and using makeup for Weddings and other functions.
Ø August 2003 the Paalam Medical Center was also opened in Wattala. The medical center is providing the Wattala community with non-expensive medical care and medication.
Continuing the Vision
Jenny’s vision for New Living Ministries and the Paalam Project in Sri Lanka is to see it as a base for training, for employment, and also leadership training with a breakthrough anointing and a function of sending people out. It will also be a center for the involvement of charitable works.
More than ever before the world needs to know God’s love, not only in words but also in action with practical outreach efforts.
Prayer: Please pray with us! That by enlarging our tents in this way, with the many projects and visions that we have for the future, we can do so much more for God. Lets work together for His Kingdom.
